The bank is currently locked down tight. There is no way in, or out. There may be survivors inside, or it may just be a cage for the relentless undying.
The building itself is old-ish. 1930's architecture, with long carved pillars that 'hold up' window ledges and connect with the semi-domed roof. Above the main door are two sculptures of gargoyles that watch it's stone steps.
An alley leads around the back, but is cut off by a car rammed into a thick, spiked fence - probably a looter taking advantage of the powerless bank. He didn't get in though - his corpse is a monument, lying in tatters atop the car. Perhaps a guard got him, perhaps another rioter...
