The Incan is themed to look like the stereotypical, filmset, good ol' American Highway Biker Bar. With it's neon lights and hardwood bar, the pub even has it's fair share of biker grime.
Even more so now...
At the back of the bar are the toilets and a 'poker room' reserved for the VIPs.

As a HQ, the Incan has been barricaded. The windows were boarded during the riots, and the door was personally boarded by James. He reinforced it with items already in the bar, but it probably couldn't hold back a willing horde. As it stands, the door is 'locked' by a chair, and a small wooden wedge that gets kicked between the door and the floor.
There is another exit, but it can only be opened from the inside - it leads out onto the alleyway astride from the bar. This door has been blocked off by tables, chairs and parts of the bar, which are all 'drying' for use as firewood.
The main bar-room is empty now, Eddie and James tore out the cubicles (sparing only the padded seats) leaving a wide open space. At one end of the bar are some seats around a group of barrels used for fires.
There are currently only two sets of bedding.
